Our growing nets, with their high level of wear resistance & shrinkage resistance are perfectly suited to modern automated mushroom cultivation. Every growing net has been produced carefully with consideration for the enormous forces these nets have to handle.
The combination of strength, limited narrowing effect & limited lengthening ensure that our growing nets perform as planned for a long time. The open structure and monofil yarns make sure the net can be cleaned properly which improves hygiene and prevents contamination.
Mushroom Net Washer
The mushroom net washer is a machine used to clean mushroom growing nets, providing a fast and hygienic clean.
Features:
Two rotating brushes and two spraying lines with jet nozzles – one for the top and one for the bottom of the growing nets.
It cleans the net by rolling it up along two sides, while the jet nozzles provide an even distribution of water.
It can be used on nets up to 1.5m in length, with an extension available for nets measuring 1.6m and over.
It has a foot-operated winding device and a small space to store the unused net winding shafts.
The machine has four locking castor wheels, and comes with a control box and emergency stopping functions.
